The hotel staff was helpful. This met my expectations.
The air conditioning did not function properly. i had to call guest services late at night. This disrupted my sleep. the service engineer took 15 minutes to fix the ac unit.

the beautiful room king bed was spacious. i appreciate the strong air conditioning and quality toiletries provided. the housekeeping team, specifically pankaj, was thorough and committed to their work. the floor manager, arpit, seemed vigilant, everything ran smoothly.
The gym had limited equipment. I found only two treadmills available.

breakfast included many choices. i noted a separate kitchen for vegetarian dishes with diverse culinary experiences. the chef and their team were very nice, professionally taking care of each guest.

The room was lovely, a peaceful haven. the bed was indeed comfortable, awesome for restful nights (exactly what i needed). i appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room service and enjoyed the variety of choices. the staff was always very polite and helpful. I felt well cared for throughout my stay.
I noticed a very slight delay in receiving fresh towels one evening. it was quickly resolved.
