i found everything great. the hotel ensured accessibility with readily available public transport. the breakfast buffet offered ample choices, all served hot. the open pool alongside the spa created a relaxed vibe!

Really good hospitality
spacious room effective air conditioning high quality toiletries ample choice
the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. i found the air conditioning to be very effective. the toiletries were of high quality. the breakfast buffet was excellent with ample choices to pick from. katherine and pankaj from housekeeping took great care .
the hotel is slightly outside the city for sightseeing, i must admit.

underwhelming stay
the location had restaurants nearby.
The air conditioning in my room did not work well. It affected my sleep one night. i had to call for service late at night. This interrupted my rest. the technician took fifteen minutes to fix it.

malfunctioning air conditioner sleep disruption
The hotel staff was helpful. This met my expectations.
The air conditioning did not function properly. i had to call guest services late at night. This disrupted my sleep. the service engineer took 15 minutes to fix the ac unit.

the beautiful room king bed was spacious. i appreciate the strong air conditioning and quality toiletries provided. the housekeeping team, specifically pankaj, was thorough and committed to their work. the floor manager, arpit, seemed vigilant, everything ran smoothly.
The gym had limited equipment. I found only two treadmills available.

The room was lovely, a peaceful haven. the bed was indeed comfortable, awesome for restful nights (exactly what i needed). i appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room service and enjoyed the variety of choices. the staff was always very polite and helpful. I felt well cared for throughout my stay.
I noticed a very slight delay in receiving fresh towels one evening. it was quickly resolved.
